The Cosmetics Division of Health Canada has received your response and labels for the Cosmetic Notification Submission of "Xtremelashcanada". The information submitted demonstrates that this product has met the safety, and labeling, and notification requirements set out in the notice entitled "Requirements for Cyanoacrylate Adhesives Used in the Area of the Eye for False Eyelash Application" for cyanoacrylate-based adhesives.
Please note that, in addition to the above, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer to ensure compliance with all the requirements of the Food and Drugs Act and Cosmetic Regulations.
